Equipment gate acceptance: Check metal structures (boom, main beam, outriggers) are free of cracks, deformation, and weld openings, and that core components (rotary bearings, cylinders, wire ropes, hooks) are not damaged. Safety protection devices should be complete and intact. It is strictly forbidden to use "three no", modified, or refurbished equipment.Imported cranes must pass customs inspection and be recognized by domestic special equipment inspection institutions to ensure compliance with national standards such as GB/T 3811 and GB6067.

The construction unit must have a special equipment, modification, and maintenance license. Operators (installers, dismantlers, commanders) must have valid documents to work. It is strictly forbidden to work without a certificate
Prepare a special construction scheme in advance, which must be implemented after approval by the technical director and expert demonstration (for ultra-dangerous projects). The scheme should clarify lifting position, the selection of lifting appliances, protective measures, and emergency response.
On-site operation control: Set up a warning area and assign a person to supervise. operations are prohibited. In bad weather (gales of force 6 or above, heavy rain, heavy fog), stop work immediately.
After installation / dismantling / modification it must pass the acceptance of the local special equipment inspection and testing institution and obtain a special equipment use registration certificate before it can be put into use. It is strictly forbidden to use acceptance or if the acceptance is not qualified.
