Selection And Precautions Of Boom Welding Materials

Boom welding materials
Steel plate: The main material of the boom is steel plate. Choosing high-quality and suitable steel plate materials is the key to welding. Common boom steels include Q235, Q345, 16Mn, etc.
Welding wire: When welding the boom, commonly used welding wires include low-hydrogen steel welding wire, stainless steel welding wire, etc. Among them, low-hydrogen steel welding wire can improve the strength and toughness of the weld, and is suitable for larger booms and heavy-load conditions. Stainless steel welding wire is suitable for small parts of the boom and corrosive environments.
